Buying from Sanetti is easy! Our Online Shop is always available and we process and ship orders as quickly as possible. To start, just make your selections on our Online Shop. If you wish to check out, click on “proceed to check out” and follow the onscreen directions to check out.
MEMBERSHIP AND REGISTRATION
To make online shopping faster and easier, you may register with www.sanetti.com.hk – as a registered customer, you only have to enter your shipping addresses and billing information once. Such information will be securely stored with us for your future use. Using your name and a password of your choice, you may access your account online at any time to add, delete, or change information. If you forget your password, click here and follow the instructions to securely reset your password. If you are using a public computer, we strongly encourage you to “log out” at the conclusion of your session. All orders will be processed in 7 working days from receipt of payment, and shipped within 10 working days except for customized items which will take longer. All orders placed through the website shall be accepted upon the sole discretion of Sanetti. For the avoidance of doubt, this means that Sanetti may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed or charged, for any or no reason, without liability to you or any third party and Sanetti’s decision shall be final. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is subsequently canceled, Sanetti shall issue a credit to your credit card that was charged. Orders may be canceled due to the import limitations of your state and/or country of certain products. In the event that Sanetti is unable to ship to your state and/or country and your credit card has been charged, we will refund the full amount for the restricted item(s) back to your credit card. DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
If discounts or promotions apply, after you have made your selection and are ready to finalize your purchase, proceed to the checkout. You will find space to enter your promotional code on the Order Confirmation page. Enter the promotional code exactly as you received it and click ‘submit’. Your total will be recalculated with the discount applied. The promotional code will only be applied to your purchase if it is entered accurately and the code is still valid. Please refer to specific promotional details for complete terms and conditions. Offers are only valid while stocks last and are subject to verification by Sanetti. If you are a VIP member, your discount will be automatically applied when you login with your registered e-mail address. If you change your e-mail address or login with a different address our system will not be able to recognize your membership. PAYMENT AND ORDER PROCESSING
All prices on the Site are shown in US dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB & Diners. Sanetti uses Stripe to process credit card transactions. Shipping is complimentary. After your payment is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation from Sanetti via email. Once the order has been processed and we do have your bag(s) in stock, your bag(s) will be packed securely and shipped. Please note that quantities are limited and subject to availability.
SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES
Sanetti insures each purchase during the time it is in transit and until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for the goods delivered at which point responsibility for the goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Sanetti and transfer of responsibility in the same way. Sanetti will endeavor through it’s nominated carrier, to promptly deliver your goods after receipt of payment. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Sanetti is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. There may be instances that we may be shipping from multiple warehouses. In this case we will provide all relevant shipping information such as multiple airway bills (AWB) to you.

STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
Sanetti will email to you your AWB information upon availability. If you have any other questions regarding the status of your order, please email email@example.com – remember to include your full name and order reference number in the email.
DUTIES & TAXES
We ship the products from Hong Kong, and relevant duties and taxes will be added to the total price for the following countries – Azerbaijan, Australia, Belgium, China, Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Romania, South Korea, Switzerland, Singapore, Taiwan, UAE, United Kingdom and United States (excluding US orders over 800 USD). These countries will be shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included at check out and there are no hidden additional costs upon delivery. For the countries not included in the list, and for US orders over 800 USD, the order will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and the duties and taxes will need to be settled by the customer upon delivery. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all full priced merchandise can only be returned for an EXCHANGE within 14 days from date of delivery. Customized bags are made specifically for you based on your order and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted for these products. For exchanges, please email us at email@example.com within the time frame.
Sale, discounted and personalized items CANNOT be returned or exchanged at any time.
The customer is required to pay shipping on exchanges and returns unless Sanetti has made a shipping error.
All returned merchandise must be unused and in a new condition with all original tags and original packaging. Upon receipt of returned goods, Sanetti reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements. Returns must be shipped through our nominated courier or we will not be responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transportation. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant courier’s airway bills and documentation. We will only refund return shipping costs where the item returned is defective. Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged, and can be only returned within 14 days from date of delivery. Items that have been damaged as a result of mistreatment or wear and tear will not be considered to be defective. For exchanges, we will replace it with the same item or in the event of the item being out of stock, we will offer you to choose another item that is of the same purchase price. These terms and conditions only apply to items purchased at www.sanetti.com.hk Any Sanetti product purchased from other resellers must be returned to the place of purchase in accordance with that retailer’s policy. Sanetti reserves the right to change the Return & Exchange Policy and/or reject any return/exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, Sanetti’s decision shall be final. Customs duties and sales taxes, as well as shipping charges are non-refundable through Sanetti
Taking care of your clutch:
Sanetti’s bags are made from a wide variety of different fabrics, leathers and accessories, so cleaning recommendations vary from bag to bag. All cleaning attempts are at your own risk.
Every effort has been made to ensure the products have been represented as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in computer screen and personal interpretations, colors and textures may vary.
Our bags are not waterproof and should not come into contact with rain or excessive dampness.
Opening and closing of the bags must be done by depressing the clasp. Snapping the bag shut will result in damage to the bag and the mechanism and as such will not be eligible for free repairs by Sanetti.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the products available through this site including but not limited to, implied warranties of satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee and therefore shall not be in any way responsible for the security or privacy of this site and any information provided to or taken from this site by you. You agree that, except for death and personal injury arising from our negligence, we will not be liable in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with this contract, for any economic losses (including without limitation, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), any loss of goodwill or reputation, or any special or indirect or consequential losses in any case whether or not such losses were incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the TOS.
